As Past President, Libby was instrumental in laying the board foundation to its Strategic Plan. She currently is on the Governance Committee and maintains the veteran databases for the programs offered to our veteran attendees. Libby is a retired 20-year veteran of the United States Air Force and lives in Summerville, SC.
